MicroG - YouTube Vanced 0.2.4-105 APK Download

Hello guys,
I`m using a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Rosy with Pixel Experience custom rom, Android 10, rooted with Magisk.
No matter what I do, I am able to successfully install Youtube Vanced, and it runs great, with no ads, and it runs in the background. I am also able to login to my account with MicroG (which is not that important to me actually, as long as I dont see ads and it runs in the background.
But as it is working, in maybe one day after being installed the Vanced app gets uninstalled magically from my device , and is replaced by the stock Youtube app.
I have tried all official and unofficial methods that I could think of - using the Vanced manager - rooted/unrooted install. I have also tried to install standalone Youtube Vanced app, which also worked for some time, before being replaced by stock Youtube.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a way I can solve this?

So, I just got my Mate 40 Pro the other day, phone looks amazong, it's so smooth and the camera is wow. So I started experiementing w/ solutions with Google services, I will say it is actually quite fun to find solutions here and there😂. I still like Google, my job depends on it, but it's fun to explore.
This works w/ any non-googled phones, in theory. I live in Canada, so Huawei/no google experience is slight better than the US, but absolutely abysmal compare to the rest of the world. Also, not much 5G is happening in Canada 😭 ...
Security wise, i will say: Email, Browser, Bank Apps get them from App Stores as much as you can (Aurora is fine, because it just pulls from play store) , and games and stuff you can let loose a bit. And bank, payment and government apps, only from official stores or OSS stores, absolutely no downloading APK for those.
So i will keep updating this one as I go, but here's what I got so far (right now I am running a NOH-NX9 , EMUI 11.0) :

1. I can install most apps thru Aurora Store (https://auroraoss.com/) , AppGallery (obvious much), Amazon App Store (which has Amazon apps and Microsoft Apps missing from AppGallery) and sometimes ApkPure.
2. Most Apps work w/ MicroG (https://microg.org/) , I will suggest install it w/ F-Droid, and handle it from there. However, you cannot login to MicroG, and map don't work very well ... so, i will suggest you waiting, but here: https://github.com/jcchikikomori/GmsCoreHuawei , install this instead of MicroG GMS Core will enable you to login using hacks from Vanced MicroG to login. I can login now, map worked, but that's it ... it's still under developement, but I get less Google Service missing errors now.
3. If you really need to run something dependant on GMS, I tried DualSpace, it worked the first 20 mins, then that's it; I also tried VMOS, that one takes too long to bootup and shutdown, it's Android 7, lots of App don't work there. So, solution?
   1. I use OurPlay now, that is provided that you can read Chinese. I got google pay to work in OurPlay (online only, tap doesn't work), I opened up my Stadia app and bought a game on sale, it all went smoothly. Uber also work now!
4. Microsoft, Amazon and Facebook apps work perfectly w/o GMS, and same goes w/ Chinese apps. Also, Reddit works w/ MicroG, you need to grab it from Aurora Store.

Also, here's some common apps I use, and how they changed from my P30 Pro:

What still doesn't work? (that's why I still have my P30 Pro handy)

1. Google 2FA thru push notification
2. One of my game called Fire Emblem Heroes doesn't work (which is great, prevents me from keep spending money on it)
3. No mobile payment

I have the current manager from vancedapp.com GmsCore-0.2.15.204713.zip com.vanced.android.youtube_15.43.32.... apk
If the Manager will not show me the option to install an older version. Am I able to install it manually? I have downloaded the zip. As I have the YouTube vanced apk. But whilst I can install the apk files (as I have installed apks before) I am stuck with the Vanced Microg Zip. Can unzip. Just don't know how to install.
If we are adamant that I should be getting the option to select an old version using the Manager, let me know, but i tried uninstalling, clearing cache, clearing storage, removing files and still only got the option to select and install the newest version. Why I downloaded the individual files.

Hey there!
I tried to install YTV and to log in and ran into a problem.
I downloaded the Vanced Manager, downloaded the newest versions of MicroG and Youtube Vanced from inside the manager in that order.
I can open the app and everything works. So far so good.
When I try to log in however it wants me to sign in via Google. When I entered my email and password it looks like everything worked, I get back to the Yotube Vanced Home feat- except my account didnt get added.
Even worse: when I try to add it again, it says it already exists, except it's not there.
When I try to close the app and open it again, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen, where Youtube tries to load my home feat screen.
Here's what I tried:
• Installing Youtube Vanced and MicroG again • Deactivate the Google Chrome app • updating the actual Youtube app

I'm not too sure wheter that's just a feature I'm unaware of or if there's something more serious going on. I've had the Mate 30 Pro for a good while now and I'm super happy with it. However, it restarts on it's own every monday. I went through all the settings. The scheduled power on/off isn't turned on and I have no idea what else it could be. I just installed the Youtube vanced apk with the MicroG app, since it'w required, but I doubt that it is responsible for my issue. I'm confused and would love to know what it is.

I updated the apps (non-root) with manager on 01Dec2020 and it was working. But I can't log into my account or sometimes Youtube Vanced crashes after I updated the apps and the manager yesterday.
I am trying to download MicroG and Vanced apps current as of 01December.
I can't find any official list with release dates :( But I managed to find this mediafire link and downloaded files by "last modified" dates. I'm not sure how reliable that is.
The non-root vanced folder in there has 3 files. Any suggestion on how to install them?

ResolvedThis is the combo that worked for me:
Vanced microG v0.2.14.204215.apk
and YouTube Vanced v15.40.37 non-root (installed with SAI).
New microg might be the culprit.

I'm trying to put vanced on my wife's phone. When I try to sign in with MicroG, she gets the Huawei sign in prompt. I can follow that prompt through its script, and it seems to work. However, when it finishes, I'm still not signed in, and no account shows up when I press on the account icon. Furthermore, if I close YouTube vanced and open it again, it gets stuck in an infinite loading loop.
I'm using vanced manager v2.3.0.
YouTube vanced v16.02.35.
MicroG v0. 2.16.204713.
Samsung model # SM-505U.
EDIT : By all that is real, I'm stupid. If I had READ the pinned post instead of just skimming it, the answer is right there in black and white.

1. Download and install microg.
   
2. Download and install the outdated version of YouTube vanced.
   
3. (Here's the step I missed) RUN the outdated version of vanced.
   
4. Connect your account in the outdated version.
   
5. ONLY THEN update vanced to the latest edition.
   

PROBLEM SOLVED.

I want install the YouTube Vanced app but it won't let me and it says that microG is not installed. How do I install it and what does microG does to my phone?

So I have an LG K20 PLUS and I have run into an issue where YouTube Vanced doesn't let me sign into my account. Now I have been looking around and I've seen that others have had this same problem, however the solutions that people use to fix it, simply don't work for me. I have tried literally every single solution but it just never works. I've tried deleting MicroG and re-installing it, I've tried deleting YouTube Vanced and re-installing it, I've tried deleting both and re-installing both in both different orders, I've also tried installing YouTube Music Vanced to see if that would change anything, I've tried disabling Chrome (and I've tried it in combination with all of the previous solutions). I have been scouring the internet for solutions, and these were the solutions that I've found and they just. don't. work.
Today I'm tired, stressed, and very annoyed, and I know that no ones probably going to see this, and I know that I'm probably not going to find a good solution to my problem here, if I couldn't find it after hours of searching on Google, but I just hope one of you guys can give me a little bit of information. Just any information at all, I don't even care if the information given doesn't even fix it, I'm just tired of trying the same thing over and over again and watching it not work.

Installed YouTube Vanced though official channels and started having very bad ghost touching issues with the tablet.
Menus and apps will open and close very quickly. It stops for a bit and then it kicks in again.
I know its an issue with the app because it stops happening after YouTube Vanced was uninstalled through the installer.
Is there a setting or configuration needed to be changed for tablets?
Does anyone else have this issue?
Edit: Non-Root install. MicroG was installed first. No settings were changed. Vanced Music was not installed. Youtube Vanced worked fine other than the ghost tap issues. Issues stopped after MicroG and YouTube Vanced were uninstalled.

So basically i revived my old Galaxy Tab 4 and installed CyanogenMod 14 (Nougat) on it.
I decided not to install GApps because i wanna try a "de-googleing" thing.
I tried the root method but that gives me an error saying Google Play services are required. On nonroot the MicroG login works just fine. but whenever i open vanced itself, it just keeps on loading and there's nothing that indicates that I'm logged in.
In NewPipe all the Thumbnails load, but whenever i click on a video it gives me an error. IT worked once tho.
Youtube.com Via a browser works just fine in terms of not having the domain blocked somehow.
On that note i guess i should also mention that i have AdAway installed via F-Droid, same as on my phone (with Google Play stuff). but it's working just fine on my phone.
Edit: I just updated NewPipe through their website instead of F-Droid and it woks just fine, so this is defeniteley a Vanced error.
Does anyone here have an idea what i did wrong and what a solution would be? Thanks :)

After like 25 minutes of installing youtube vanced and microG, my phone crashes whenever I turn it off. I have been using vanced for almost 2 years with no issues but this issue randomly started happening yesterday. This happens when I just slightly tap my power button, the phone suddenly crashes and force restarts itself. Even after the reboot the issue persists. However, if I uninstall both youtube vanced and microG the issue seems to go away. Reinstalling does not fix anything. I'm also using the non-root version. My phone is ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL. Does anyone know a fix for it?

After having a Samsung J7 2017 for 3 years, I decided that it was starting to get really slow and I needed a upgrade. I like to keep my phones for usually 3 years and I like to keep the price always under 350 euros. Since I actually wasn't updated on the recent phone market, I got surprised by the amount of options that there are for about that price.
After scrolling trough the list, I saw that Huawei also had some great phones within budget, so I decided to check out the specs. I saw the specs, and said to myself that this was a really awesome phone for the price, and since I had already some trust for the brand (my first phone was a Huawei Y330), I decided to look more into it.
The benchmarks were good, the cameras were really really good, but there was one problem, software (no GMS).
At first, I thought that no GMS meant really only no Play Store, YouTube, Photos and some more apps. Since I actually used ApkPure, YouTube Vanced and MEGA for backups before, I didn't see a big problem here, and I also saw that there were lots of tutorials to install GMS on YouTube, so even if I wasn't satisfied I could always install them.
After some hours of searching, I decided to just go for it. I ordered it and got it next day.

1st day of usage: Other than no Google Account at setup, everything went as usual. I tested the cameras and saw that they are really good for the price, especially night mode. The software skin is way more modern that the Samsung one I was familiar with, the phone is way more responsive, and the game performance is way way way better.

2nd day of usage: I installed ApkPure, YouTube Vanced, Mega and the usual social media apps. I ran into the first big problem: notifications. Since notifications use Google Cloud Messaging, they don't work without GMS. At this point, I made a backup of the phone, reseted it to the factory settings, and prepared to install GMS.

3rd day of usage: I started watching some YouTube videos about installing GMS, and after trying many times and trying different methods, none worked. I spent a full week trying to get it work.
From this point I decided to start to use the phone without any GMS, and maybe try to fix notifications later. About a month later, I found MicroG and tried it on the P40. It went super smoothly and actually fixed the notifications! I finally left that the phone was ready for daily usage (I even made a guide to help other people install MicroG - Link to Reddit Post).

Its been 4 months since I bought it. First, I know that you can live without GMS. The problem is really the notifications part, but if Huawei can get all the main apps on the AppGallery, I think that Huawei will rise up again.
My final thoughts are that the P40 Lite is a really good phone, and if you don't really care about having to install some apps to get the notifications working, and you don't really need to use Google Apps, it's a great buy in my opinion.

I really do think that Huawei will be able to create a great ecosystem, maybe not as advanced as Google, but something that will cover at least most of the stuff a GMS equipped phone can do. It will maybe take some time, but I believe in you Huawei.

Today morning I decided I had enough with the YouTube ads and wanted to install YouTube Vanced. And as many of you vanced users know, you need to disable the MIUI Optimization toggle in order to get MicroG installed and vice versa. I finished the process and set up everything as you normally would.
What I noticed after turning the so called optimization toggle off, the permissions (I already knew this) and the overall aesthetic view of MIUI was changed. From the icons going haywire to some menus in the settings tab like for eg. the info page of any app. It looks really bad.
But what I didn't see coming was the performance boost I got. Yes, I've heard you get a better free RAM and stuff but on paper. I use Boost for Reddit. Boost always takes like 5 -7 seconds for me to load. But now, it's like 1-2 seconds. This made me really curious. I started digging more and I found my overall browsing speed has increased drastically. From searching keywords on the google app to overall page load times in my web browser.
So, to summarize

1. I turned off Miui optimization
   
2. I'm getting better performance.
   
3. My Reddit client got superpowers & page loading speeds increased times 2.
   

Now I know not much is out there about this topic coz I tried searching and found lik 3-4 posts. So, I just wanted to put this out there.
Please share your views if you too have turned this off! Useless Gimmick it seems.

I formatted my phone and had to reinstall everything, including Vanced. I don't like Chrome and Android System Webview so I uninstalled them. I installed Vanced. I was not able to add account in both YouTube Vanced or MicroG. I found similar issues and tried to resolve mine, but they do not work. I reinstalled Chrome and Android System Webview. Suddenly, MicroG stopped crashing and was able to use YouTube Vanced again.
Do not uninstall Android System Webview. MicroG needs it to work.

Please, save yourself from the ads you keep seeing on YouTube and download it. I feel so stupid for not having downloaded it already in the past (maybe it needed root in the past) . I can't believe how much time I wasted and how frustrated I've been because of all the intrusive ads on YouTube.
Learn from my mistake and install YouTube Vanced, you won't regret it.
And, the installation process is super simple:

This issue is only peripherally related to Vanced, but I'm hoping someone here will be able to offer some advice. The following information is relevant:

• Vanced version 15.43.32
• MicroG version 0.2.14.204216
• Nvidia Shield (software) version 8.2.1
• Smart YouTube TV version web_20201206_00 RC00
• I am aware that Smart YouTube TV is being replaced by SmartTube Next and have both installed, but SmartTube Next does not yet support chromecasting

The issue:
Casting with Vanced to my Shield works fine when using the official YouTube app, but when I try to stream to Smart YouTube TV I receive an error message (with no error codes or any useful information) and nothing more. This is new behavior (I suspect the most recent Shield software update is the culprit, but I'm by no means certain) as I've had no trouble casting to Smart YouTube TV in the past. Un-linking and reconnecting devices accomplishes nothing.
Given that Smart YouTube TV is no longer being updated, is this just a result of Google code changing to prevent casting to unofficial apps, or is something else at play here? I'm hoping someone has had a similar experience and can share their fix with me.

Hi im running android 5.0 i can't install youtube vanced by vanced manager it keeps in ( installing ) for ever same for microG tried many older versions both microG and youtube vanced microG installs normally toutube vanced always crash at start and with old microG and his old youtube vanced apk it crashes after few seconds any help will be more than appreciated [question] this thing is impossible to root not a single costume Bios (Recovery) installs in it thats a different topic if vanced manager or youtube vanced works i won't need any of that thanks again
