Why doesn't être have to be conjugated in "elle semble être partie pour Tokyo hier"?

I see in my workbook that "elle semble être partie pour Tokyo hier" means "she seems to have left for Tokyo yesterday".
Partie is the past participle of partir, so don't we need an auxiliary verb conjugated, in this case, "été" instead of "être"?

Pronounciation of words ending in e. Like verbs conjugated with Ich.

Before my classes, I heard [ʌ] (IPA vowel) at the end all over YouTube. My professor used the sound which is made by the name of German Alphabet E.
I asked him if it was a dialect thing, but he had never even heard of the first pronounciation. He advised us to learn it the high German way, so we can talk professionally, but then why all over YouTube, people use the first sound.
How do you pronounce it?
Sorry if I'm not clear, I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Why is "kokous" conjugated as kokoukse- instead of kokoude- ?

I am quite confused about this one. From what I know:
If a word is ending in a consonant+us/ys, then it is conjugated as -ukse/-ykse. For example; rakennus (rakennukse-), yritys (yritykse-).
And when a word is ending in a wowel+us/ys, then it is conjugated as -ude/-yde. For example; rakkaus (rakkaude-), ystävyys (ystävyyde-).
According to this rule, kokous should be conjugated as kokoude- right? But it isn't... Any ideas why?
Edit: I accidentally wrote verb instead of word. My bad, fixed the mistake now.

I'm a low class Ancient Greek adolescent/young adult man. There's this girl of similar class on the other side of the polis/village to me who's just my type, and I'd like to get conjugal with her. What romantic conventions are there that i should be thinking about and planning?

Am I going to ask her to be my gf? Will we go steady? Do I need to marry her first? Is there friends with benefits on the table? Was being girlfriend and boyfriend even a thing?
Alternatively, feel free to answer this if the fancy is also a boy. I'm aware the Greeks did not have a concept of homosexuality, so what concepts regarding courting and premarital romance/sex were there?
Any period of Greek antiquity, but let's say Classical for sake of example.
Many thanks.
Edit: To the people claiming the Greeks had a concept of homosexuality, you understand that is a very radical belief right? And makes me hesitant to value your experience. It should be easy for you to prove simply by indicating an Ancient Greek word meaning homosexuality no?. The fact is, that we know of, there wasn't one, in any dialect. Pederasty, a giver and receiver, yes, but that's not the same designation between hetero, and homosexual that we have today.

Explain to me like I’m 5. Why does conjugated hyperbilirubibemia present with clay colored stools and dark urine?

My question is more so, why is there absence of Urobilinogen and Stercobilin in the condition? If you have increased conjugated shouldn’t that mean more goes to the Gut and is then acted upon by urobilinogen and stercobilin?
Idk why bile stuff gets confusing for me
Excuse any typos. Autocorrect be driving me nuts

Why is the verb conjugated imparfait in one case and passe compose in the other, for what seems like basically the same sentence to me? Sorry for the lack of accents, I have a US keyboard!

These are the correct answers to a quiz I'm taking here. Is it because in the first case, everybody applauded when he came in because it's his birthday, vs. in the second case, everyone was already applauding because it was Nathalie's birthday?
Similarly for a later question:
Merci beaucoup!

How is "to be" conjugated? I can't find a good chart

Why was it conjugated this way?

Вчера я услышал песню "марш артиллеристов", и одна часть привлекла мое внимание, потому что она звучала странно...
Врагу мы скажем: "Нашей Родины не тронь! А то откроем сокрушительный огонь!"
Почему "Нашей Родины", а не "Нашу Родину"?
Честно говоря, я не очень хорошо знаю падежи, но мне кажется что тут подойдёт винительный падеж, лучше чем родительный. Можеть здесь есть какой-то смысл, которого я не уловил?

Is it possible to hear/annunciate distinctions between conjugated verbs?

Hello! I'm a native English speaker and intermediate Spanish speaker, too. I'm just picking up the basics of French on Duolingo and am really enjoying it a lot. I'm sure that this is a very basic question, but it has really been nagging at me for a few days. Is it generally not possible for many verbs to distinguish between the different conjugated forms? For example, I cannot hear any distinction between (je) voyage, (tu) voyages, (il) voyage, or (ils) voyagent. Is my ear just not sensitive enough to pick these up?
I'm assuming that in French, unlike in Spanish, you cannot dispense with pronouns. For example, in Spanish, in saying "I travel" one can say "yo viajo" (I travel) or simply "viajo"; "yo" (I) is redundant because all other conjugations sound distinctly different. It is typically only included for emphasis.
Merci!
EDIT: Corrected spelling error with voyagent.

Dictionary Form v. Conjugated

When speaking, in what scenarios or contexts would you use the dictionary form of a word rather than the conjugated form? Like saying 맛있다 vs. 맛있어요 or 예쁘다 vs. 예뻐요. Are they interchangeable? Is it about formality?

Sterically‐Locked Donor‐Acceptor Conjugated Polymers Showing Efficient Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence

Based on a donor‐acceptor (D‐A) structure, small molecules with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) have been widely applied in cost‐effective and high‐performance organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). As an analogue, however, D‐A conjugated polymers often possess a significant frontier molecular orbital overlap because of the conjugation elongation to some degree, leading to no TADF caused by a large singlet‐triplet energy splitting (∆ E ST ). To solve this problem, herein a novel steric locking strategy is proposed by incorporating methyl groups into D‐A conjugated polymers. Benefitting from the methyl hindrance, the torsion between the donor and acceptor can be well tuned to form a sterically‐locked conformation, so that the unwanted relaxation toward planarity and thus conjugation elongation is prevented to boost hole‐electron separation. Consequently, the resultant sterically‐locked D‐A conjugated polymer achieves an extremely low ∆ E ST of 0.09 eV to enable efficient TADF. The corresponding doped and non‐doped devices are fabricated via a solution process, revealing a record‐high external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 24.0% (79.4 cd/A, 75.0 lm/W) and 15.3% (50.9 cd/A, 47.3 lm/W), respectively, together with a gentle efficiency roll‐off at high luminance.

β‐Isoindigo‐azaDIPYs: Unprecedented Fully Conjugated Hybrid Systems with Broad Absorption in the Visible Region

A one‐step synthetic pathway for the preparation of an unprecedented fully conjugated β‐isoindigo‐azaDIPY hybrid chromophores that comprised of β‐isoindigo and azadipyrromethene chromophores was discovered. The target compounds were char‐acterized by spectroscopic, crystallographic, and theoretical methods. X‐ray crystal structure of the octa(n‐butyl)‐β‐isoindigo‐azaDIPY derivative is indicative of trans‐configuration of the β‐isoindigo fragment and planar conjugated core.
